I have been a member of GSK Workplace and Real Estate Facilities (WREF) team for nearly three years. In my role, I am dedicated to ensuring that our workplace environment supports everyday work related activities as well as overall well-being.

We have collaborated with industry leaders such as Leesman and ART Health Solutions, which has allowed us to implement data-driven strategies to enhance workplace performance and employee well-being. As an engineer by profession, I care deeply about science and data. These collaborations have enabled us to create spaces that foster productivity, innovation, and a positive work culture at GSK, underscoring our commitment to our ambition of becoming the healthiest company in the world.

Looking ahead, we will be leading initiatives aimed at achieving WELL certification, further demonstrating our commitment to health and wellness in the workplace.

Recently, our team successfully delivered a new 1,000-square-meter office space where we incorporated inclusion standards and ensured accessibility for people with disabilities. This project highlights our dedication to creating equitable and accommodating workplaces for all employees.
